‘Bukas-Kotse’ Man Nabbed

A suspect for a series of bukas kotse incidents in the area of Police Station 2 was arrested early yesterday morning.

PSInsp. Lester Leada, PS2 chief disclosed that Romnick Duena, 19, of Cadiz City was collared by his team at about 1 AM, yesterday.

He was positively identified by a witness who broke a car near PNB Lacson branch earlier. He is presently detained for investigation and filing of charges.

Also, Jestoni Liza, 19, of Brgy. Banago was arrested for charges of theft.

He was arrested by Leada with PO2 Gegger Sebuan and PO3 Nestor Mioten, Tuesday afternoon at his residence.

Liza will be turned over to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) facility for detention.* (RRM)
