Negrense Bowlers to Join 10th DUBAI Dinagyang Open Bowling Tilt Today

The 10th Duckpin Bowling Association of Iloilo, Inc., (DUBAI) Dinagyang Open Trio Bowling Tournament will open today at the St. Elizabeth Bowling Alleys in Valeria Street, Iloilo City.

Dubbed “2nd Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog Cup,” the event offers cash prizes and trophies to the lucky winners in the men and women’s division.

Selected bowlers from Negros Occidental and Bacolod City are joining the tournament. It is a six-game series spectacle where the top three teams in two categories vie for the title in an up-the-ladder system to determine the champion.

The Negros-Bacolod teams are composed of Active Solid Strikers Fellowship Bowlers, Inc./Silverado/Mulo Car Aircon/Amor, Negros Professional Bowlers Club/LJP Trading/RJ Stars, Sharp, Kami Mga Hubin Bowling Club, Davies, Tiger Eye, Condura ASSFBI Ladies, among others.* (CMG)

Members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) in the Locale of Tangub and other locales in Bacolod City and Negros Occidental, are inviting the public to their ‘Pamamahayag’, during which they will present the teachings and doctrines of the INC. The Pamamahayag will be held at 7PM on Monday January 9 and on Tuesday 10 at the Tangub chapel and in other locale chapels. Those interested to listen can just come and be guests.
