Verdana Homes Asyana Launches Phase 3
Verdana Homes Asyana (VHA) welcomes more families “to enjoy and experience its
secure and modern setting” with the launching of its Phase 3, at 0Business Inn last Saturday.VHA is one of the prime residential properties in North Point Estate, a 215-hectare “integrated master-planned and mixed-use community” located in Talisay City, considered the first of its kind in Negros. Its other properties include Ayala North Point, Plantazzione Verdana Homes, Avida Village North Point, and Amaia Scapes North Point.
The seven-hectare VHA showcases the best of Asian living through contemporary Asian architecture and its community’s harmony with the natural environment, Ayala Land Negros branch head Therese Borromeo said during the launching.
VHA Phase 3 is 4.54 hectares, with available 116 lots for sale at P5,688 to P6,988 per square meter, or P1.2 million to P2.4 million, Ayala Land senior division manager Mayi Platero said.
Borromeo added that since its launch in 2009, VHA has received an enthusiastic response and brisk take-up of lots. Phase 2, with nine lots left, was launched less than a year of Phase 1, with all lots sold, she said.
Ayala Land VisMin vice president Francis Monera said the support of Negrenses to their projects inspire them to build more, not just subdivisions, but communities.
Ayala Land Premier head Giggio Jugo said, “Ayala Land remains very optimistic about the Bacolod market.” He assured Negrenses that all their projects here “epitomize the integrated, thoughtful, and strategic” planning the way Ayala Land projects are constructed.
In her project presentation, Platero described VHA as a “refreshing new concept in urban living” with modern Asian architectural theme. She said the village has four theme parks that embody respect for the natural elements in the area - a Wind Park in Phase 1, Earth Park in Phase 2, and Water Park and Wood Park in Phases 3 and 4.
VHA features various amenities which will encourage vibrant living among neighbors. “The centerpiece of the community is a resort-like, Balinese-inspired clubhouse set on a linear park along the river, as well as a 4-lane lap pool, a multi-purpose covered court, social hall, gym and play area that will give various leisure options for the whole family,” the project brief read. Meanwhile, projects are coming up to complete the integrated mixed-use development found in North Point Estate, including the St. John’s Institute and a 10-hectare Ayala NorthPoint Technohub, Borromeo said.
Its retail strip, with 3,500-square meter leasable spaces, will have Metro
Gaisano mall, which will have 500 leasable spaces, and will open this year, she
added.*
