Sports: 3 Teams Win Initial Matches in Tops Organize Bowlfest
Sharp Phils., Electronz and Davies Fusion I took the opening salvo of the New Top’s Millennium Plaza Alley organized Open Trio Bowling Tournament in Bacolod City.
The Irne Diaz’ Sharp is on top in the premiere rated division with 2,074 pinfalls, while ESD Electronz of Pat Mendoza top billed the non-rated category with 2,014, and Vilma Robles DFI in the women’s bracket with 2,005.
Rounding out the competitors in Class A department with Sharp are Kami Mga Hubin I with 2,031; Amor ESD/ASSFBI, 1,997; Metro Sales, 1,988; NPBC TNT/Tough Trucks II, 1,966; NPBC RJ Stars/TNT, 1,956; Mulo Car Aircon Services I, 1,946; Silverado, 1,938; Davies B, 1,935; Davies R, 1,923; NPBC TNT/Tough Trucks I, 1,907, and Mulo Car Aircon II, 1,842.
The cast in non-rated group are Davies C, 1915; St. Joseph Alumni Assoc., 1,874; Kami Mga Hubin II; Candles/Alimon Steel, 1,840; FRM Marketing Sharp, 1,786, and Sanyo.
In the women’s division with Davies are Tiger Eye I, 1,915; Condura ASSFBI Ladies, 1,913; Tiger Eye II, 1,855; Kami Mga Gwapa, 1,801; Davies III, 1,762; D’Retro, 1,759; Davies II, 1,746; Panasonic, 1,723, and Racahe-ON-BACIBA, 1,700.
Sharp established the team’s highest triple record with 1,066, while Tiger Eye in the women’s bracket with 994.
Davies R and Tiger Eye I took the single marks in the men and women’s category with 382 and 350, respectively.
It was Totong Ruiz of NPBC TNT and Leah Uy of Retro who holds the highest pinning record with 92 apiece.
Matt Gaudite of Sharp and Minnie Chua of Tiger Eye set the records in highest single with 144 and 135, as Electronz Lawrence Llena and Sylvia Del Rosario of Condura in triple with 378 and 363 balls.
