Jaime Poderoso’s two personal goals lifted two-time champion Dynamic Builder Football Club to prevail over 2011 NFL 3rd Conference champion Ceres Football Club in what consider a preview of their championship match last year in the ongoing 2012 1st Conference North Football League of Yanson Group of Bus Companies (YGBC) at the Ayala North Point football pitch in Talisay City yesterday.

Poderoso caught Ceres’ defenders in the 16th minute in the first half and completed the onslaught at 67th of the second half preventing the 9 A-side defending champion to connect after several attempts.
Ceres FC closed out their defense but went to naught as Dynamic controlled the tempo and complemented with pressured attacks to redeem their pride and prestige that they failed to make for a grand slam last December.

It was the second straight win of Dynamic, beating Las Buenas, 7-0, last Sunday.

This Sunday, both favorite teams will go separate ways with Ceres FC facing Trimaxi-Agro in the first game at 1:30PM followed by Talisay-Minuluan versus Las Buenas FC at 3:30PM and Dynamic against dangerous Real Negrense in the main game at 5:00PM.

Real Negrense, earlier beat Las Buenas, 3-1 after a 1-nil score in the first half for their second straight victory, while Las Buenas absorbed the same number of loses.

Winston Valencia started Real’s attack in the first half at 40th minute, with William Claur connects in 44th minute at the start of the second half then sealed the win in the 78th, after Las Buenas’ Roderick Tijing hit his mark in the 73rd minute.

Trimaxi-Agro leaned on its balance attack to deposed Talisay-Minuluan, 6-3 in a match between two winless teams.

Trimaxi’ s Miguel Gonzales hit his mark just 7 minutes after the game started, but Talisay’s John Jel Decatoria responded in the 15th and Ronievic Palerna followed in the 20th minute and put them ahead but it was short-lived.

A pass by Gonzales from the right flank to Bes de la Noche and get past the goalie at left corner at 22nd tied the score at 2-all. But Trimaxi’s Archie Familiar got a good strike in the centerfield at 15 yards to score at 32nd minute. SPO1 Troy Fegidero chase the ball followed by a defender but good ball handling to the left and kick at about 25 yards in the 35th made it 4-2 at the half.

FJ Serios hit the mark at 55th, and then Alejandro Montelibano also scored on a direct free kick after a foul in the 57th before Talisay’s Julius Navales scored at 73rd.

Tournament commissioner Ramon Janeo said that the tournament is a double elimination and the top four teams will advance to the next round and the top team among them had a privilege to choose its opponents in the crossover semifinals.

The matches is held every Sunday and the first conference to end in April. The second conference will start in May and end in August, with the third conference in September and ends in December.*
