Two Sagaynons allegedly under the influence of liquor were rushed to the nearest hospital facility in the City after attacking each other with bladed weapons, recently.

Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOPPO) reports said, Rimbo Espanueva, 24, of Purok Mainuswagon, Brgy. Bato and his live-in partner’s uncle, Vicente Molihon, 39, also of the same place sustained multiple stab and hack wounds on different parts of their body.

Initial investigation revealed that both were drinking together with a certain Dodong when an argument took place between the parties. Dodong left the area when he sensed that both appeared to be drunk and acting unruly.

Consequently, both attacked each other using cane cutters which were later recovered by probers at the scene.

The involved sustained multiple stab and hack wounds and were brought to Teresita Jalandoni Provincial Hospital for treatment, while further investigation as to the liability of the involved is underway.*
