JCI Bacolod, Inc. officers inducted into office were: Martha Isiderio, president; Meliton Sillador, executive vice-president with Joan Toque, executive secretary and Maricel Sy, executive treasurer. Members of the Board of Directors also inducted into office were: Queeneline Lim - Business; Ivy Pagantihon - Individual; April Causing - International and for Community - Kenji Ota.

Piere Angeli G. Infante, Area Sales Manager for the entire Visayas of Directories Philippines was recently the guest of Pointblank, a public affairs TV program being aired by SkyCable Smile TV 10. The program is aired Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. She was interviewed by Point-blank’s host W. Henry O. Streegan.*

Also sworn into office was Jorge G. Lim, JGVF as president of the JGVF Senate. JCI Senator Albert R.T. Lim, Jr. is the immediate past president, JCI Philippines-Bacolod.

JCI Senator Franjieh Eon Angelo G. Tiu, JCI Regional Vice President for Western Visayas did the honors in charging the 2012 officers with JCI Senator Antonio H. Cerilles, Provincial Governor, Zamboanga del Sur, 2012 National President, JCI Senate-Philippines inducting the 2012 officers.

JCI Senator Albert R.T. Lim Jr., immediate past president of the JCI Senate Philippines-Bacolod, delivered a stirring valedictory address, after which he turned over the Gavel of Authority to Incoming JCI Senate Philippines-Bacolod.

JCI Senator Jorge Lim, in his acceptance speech recounted his past experiences as a Jaycee and the love and respect for the organization. He said that is the very reason why his son will be inducted that evening in the Bacolod Jaycees.

JCI Member Michael Sy, immediate past president delivered a valedictory address replete with gratitude to all the members of the organization who all gave him the support in all their projects during the year. He then turned over the Presidential Medallion and the Gavel of Authority of incoming president Martha Isiderio.

Her inaugural address was inspirational and included plans to carry on the legacies of all past presidents. Also her proposed programs and projects during her term.

JCI Senator Jorge Lim and JCI President Martha Isiderio then inducted the new member.

JCI Senator Pacifico Maghari III, immediate past JCI Regional Vice President Western Visayas introduced the guest of honor JCI Senator Randolf Ivan A. Ruste who was represented by JCI Senator Maria C.P. Garcia, national vice president.*

Members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) in the Locale of Tangub and other locales in Bacolod City and Negros Occidental, are inviting the public to their ‘Pamamahayag’, during which they will present the teachings and doctrines of the INC. The Pamamahayag will be held at 7PM on Monday January 9 and on Tuesday 10 at the Tangub chapel and in other locale chapels. Those interested to listen can just come and be guests.
