Business: L’Fisher Hotel’s Valentine’s Day Bash
L’Fisher Hotel lavishly prepared itself for the Valentine’s Day Bash which was held at the Ripple’s Restaurant and the Chalet Restaurant, last February 14, 2012.

Their sumptuous and mouth-watering cuisine at the Ripples Restaurant, which was dubbed as a “Romantic Dinner” clearly showed the painstaking efforts of Chef Pancho Bringas. He, together with Paul Londres, F&B Manager outdid themselves in the elaborate preparations of exotic, Asian and Filipino dishes.
They had “everything” of everything - from the delicious mushroom soup and seafood soup to the cold station which featured fresh oyster as invigorating appetizers. Yummy, yummy indeed!
Their Hot Station which was highlighted by their Yakinku grill station and delicious US roast beef with super delicious gravy were delights that amply salved the discriminating tastes of their guests of the evening.
To my mind, their foods were made more so with the music dished out by the Kulay Pikata Combo, composed of Joebert, Joel and Jammer. The evening was so enjoyable that many Negrenses and their international guests, gave the evening a continental air.
Looking at the smiles, the happy faces that one could see all around the dining room showed only too well that everyone was having a grand time. We could say that the evening was resounding success. L’Fisher pa!
Our kudos to Mr. R.G. Ciocon and his spouse, all the officers and the management staff, and the service personnel of the institution! It is no wonder that the hotel today is considered one of the best, if not the best in Western Visayas.*
