Local News: Raps Filed vs. Woman in Drug Raid; More ‘Drug’ Personalities in Rapiz’ List
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (RA 9165) was filed against the recent suspect arrested in drug operation at Punta Capre, San Juan St., Brgy. 8 led by the City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group (CAIDSOTG).
PSupt. Santiago Y. Rapiz, CAIDSOTG and Special Operations Group (SOG) head, yesterday said that after obtaining the result of the drug test on Goldina Aguilar, they immediately filed the case before the City Prosecutor’s Office.
Aguilar, 34, was collared during the raid at about 4:30 pm, Thursday which resulted to the confiscation of 1 big plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, 1 elongated plastic sachet and 2 small sachets containing the same drugs, P200 marked bills and several drug paraphernalia.
Rapiz disclosed that they are following up at least 5-10 personalities reportedly involved in the illegal drug trade. Also, they are conducting investigation on the shirt allegedly owned by a police officer that was recovered from Aguilar’s residence.
He said that there will be more operations to eventually neutralize the supply and demand of illegal drugs in the City.* (RRM)
