Local News: CENECO Explains Power Fluctuations
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENECO) informs its member-consumers of the sudden fluctuation of the power supply which was caused by the tripping of the 138 KV line located at Sta. Barbara, Dingle, Panay last April 19, 2012, Thursday, at 1:50 PM and 4:21 PM affecting several feeders within Bacolod City.
Areas affected during the 1PM - power outage were Alijis Feeders 1 and 3, Burgos Feeder 2, and Mt. View Feeder 4. Power was immediately restored to AF1, AF3, and BF2 at 2:10 PM, while MF4 restored its power at 3:13PM due to a melted primary line and a cut-off on the middle span of a bare wire found along Bata Highway.
