It will be the opportunity of Panay medallists who were part of Western Visayas contingent in the last 2012 Palarong Pambansa held in Lingayen, Pangasinan last May 6 to 12, 2012 to get their cash incentives from Gov. Alfredo G. Marañon, Jr., tomorrow, June 7.

The awarding of cash incentives will be held at the Boracay Hall of the regional office of Department of Education starting at 9:00 in the morning.

Gov. Marañon will task Mr. Angel "Nonong" Verdeflor, Executive Assistant IV and Provincial Sports Coordinator to lead the group composed of personnel of Provincial Information Office (PIO) headed by Karen Dinsay and the Provincial Treasurer Office personnel.

The Negros Occidental PIO will facilitate the program and will show audio visual production of what happened in Lingayen and awarding of cash incentives among the medallists from Negros Occidental.

Verdeflor will deliver the message on behalf of Gov. Marañon; Mrs. Corazon Brown, Western Visayas DepEd Assistant Regional Director will welcome the awardees and officials present, with Regional BPESS Juliet Braga, WVRAA Tournament Director to acknowledge them, while Aklan most bemedalled athlete Angelica de Josef will give her response to the giving of cash incentives.
