L’Fisher’s C’s Coffee Shop launched last Monday another addition to its menu with the introduction of their delectable "CHOCOLATE’ Y CHURROS" which is always

served fresh and cooked before the clients of the coffee shop. According to L’Fisher Chef Pancho Bringas, whatever dough they do not consume within two and one-half hours is thrown out.

This delicious preparation is ideal for breakfast and snacks.

C’s Coffee Shop is now also the exclusive distributor of Arce’s ice cream which is very popular nationwide. It is served in scoops, pints and sold in half-gallons and gallons.

Arce’s ice cream is also available as sugar-free and regular flavors. It counts with 31 and has already caught the attention of ice cream aficionados.

C’s Coffee Shop is now widely known as serving the premium Italian coffee known as LAVAZZA. It is imported from Italy and roasted to perfection by the coffee shop.

Chef Pancho Bringas has been with L’Fisher Hotel for over three years and has worked with another hotel in Bacolod City. He studied Culinary Arts in Vancouver, Canada and has had a wide experience in prime food service on the international level.*
