Drown Victim Fished Out in Himogaan Baybay

A person reportedly missing for two days in Barangay Fabrica, Sagay City was fished out at the seawaters of Barangay Himogaan Baybay, Sagay City at noon Wednesday.

Wally Afuang, head of Sagay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said they have yet to proceed to the area to identify the victim.

The unidentified person was fished out by a fishermen in Barangay Himogaan Baybay led by village chief John Bersolto. His identity was withheld.

Afuang said he hopes that the victim is the one that was missing in Himogaan River in Barangay Fabrica who had been missing for two days after swimming Sunday.

Afuang refused to identify the 15-year-old boy who went swimming with other relatives in Barangay Fabrica.*
