Marañon to Chair NIR RDC, Roel Degamo to Head R-18’s RPOC

Bacolod City Christmas Tree Contest Underway

Christmas 2015 will be given impetus by the Bacolod City government through varied activities. Acting Mayor Greg Gasataya enumerated the activities lined up for the Christmas celebration. These are: A chorale dubbed “Capella Christmas” starting December 21; giant Christmas tree contest in every barangay, and cultural presentation depicting Christmas tradition.

Recycled garbage turned into Christmas decors at the Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol offices. Old files of newspapers, calendars and diskettes were turned into a Christmas tree at the Public Information Office lead by Karen Dinsay, provincial information officer.* (EBColmo)
