4th Hua Ming Fun Run Slated Aug.16

The 4th edition of the Hua Ming Fun Run/Walk will be held on August 16, 2015.

The fund raising activity is organized by the St. John’s Institute Alumni Association (SJIAA) dubbed as “Run Ko Pag-asa Mo” and will benefit the SJIAA Scholarship program.

The event will have five race categories; the 16K, 10K, 5K, 3K, and 1.6 K.

The public can also join the fun run.

There will also be a Batch Group Walk and Group Walk Challenge. The Batch Group Walk race is open to all High School Batchmates with five walkers.

Registration fees are pegged at P450 for 16K, P400 for 10K, P350 for 5K, Batch Walk and Group Walk; P300for 3K and P100 for 1.6K.

Participants from 3K to 16K can immediately get their neon dri-fit shirt and race bib upon registration.

The Race Bib for the 5k to 16k will have a RFID timing chip where you can check your personal time online after the race.

Finisher’s Medal designed by Caroline Ong of SJI Batch ’93 will be given out to the 16K and 10K finishers.

All participants will receive refreshments after the race.

Medals, prizes, gift certificates will be awarded to the winners.

Registration is ongoing at the RUN CLUB, Robinsons Place Bacolod, Chris Sports at the District and SM Bacolod and the SJI Alumni Office.
