Mayor Eric Saratan joined Barangay Katilingban in celebrating their annual Barangay Fiesta recently and brought with him good news and more reason to celebrate. Along with the Barangay Officials Mayor Eric led the ceremonial ribbon cutting of the farm to market road, the only road that is not connected with the entire City’s road map. The project of 3rd District Congressman Alfredo "Albee" Benitez will provide the farmers, producers and the people of Barangay Katilingban a much more convenient way to travel, transport their goods and improve their economic activities in the area.
