A father was found dead by his son hanging at their living room in their house at Antonio Luna Interior in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, yesterday morning.
Police Superintendent Noel Polines, Silay PNP OIC-director, identified the victim as Joel Borrero Masiado, 44, married and resident of the place.
Masiado was found hanging at the living room using a wire tied around his neck.
He was brought to Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital but was declared dead on arrival by the physician on duty.
