Man commits suicide after stabbing wife, 2 others
A man stabbed his wife and two others who tried to pacify him in Sitio Exodus, Barangay Crossing Magallon, Moises Padilla town around 2:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Police Chief Inspector Allan Reloj, Moises Padilla PNP OIC police chief identified the suspect as Rogelio Villa Esteva Buenafe, 53, married, farmer, resident of the place.
After hacking his wife identified as Regina Dollente Buenafe, 44, he also stabbed two other persons identified as Vicente Ignacio Amar, Jr. and Rafael Maramara Racal, 30, both residents of the place, who tried to pacify.
The wounded persons, including his wife were rushed to Ignacio Lacson Arroyo, Sr. for medical treatment.
The suspect, who also stabbed himself in the stomach, was also rushed to the same hospital and was later transferred to a Bacolod City hospital. He reportedly died while undergoing medical treatment, according to Moises Padilla police in an interview.*
