WNU to represent WV in CHED Nat’l Games

The protest filed by WV PRISAA against football players of SCUAA was upheld paving way for the West Negros University to represent the region in the 1st Commission on Higher Education (CHED) National Games slated February 21-28, 2010 in Metro Manila.

Roger A. Banzuela, WV-PRISA Sports Director said that the protest was filed after Iloilo State College of Fisheries (ISCOF) of SCUAA fielded ineligible players for residency requirements in their line up and beat the defending champion, 2-1 during the knockout match at Iloilo Sports Complex last January.
