The composite team of the army’s 301st Infantry Brigade, stationed at Camp Hernandez, Dingle, Iloilo, and the 3rd Infantry Division, with the Civic Construction Action Detail-Panay (CCAD) of the army’s 552nd Engineering Construction Battalion, and the NMCB Four of the US Navy, turned over the other day two-classroom building and a school stage they built, to the school administration and pupils of Binangkilan Elementary School in Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.

The said building will benefit the growing enrollment of pupils in the said school, according to Col. Pio Diñoso, commanding officer of 301st Infantry Brigade.

According to Capt. Franco Ver Lopez, Civil Military Operations officer of 301st Infantry Brigade, there were seventeen (17) US Navy personnel and twenty (20) members of the Philippine Army who constructed the said project which started last December 5, 2017. They were also assisted by the faculty members and parents of the students of said school.
