The recently-renovated top-of-the-line laboratory of the Dr. Pablo O. Torre Memorial Hospital was recently blessed and inaugurated with Rev. Fr. Dominic Soncio officiating in the ceremonies.

Dr. Melanie Zerudo, chairperson of the Pathology Department welcomed the officers, hospital staff and guests where she cited the services and the modern equipment now being used in the laboratory.

Dr. Andrea Joanne A. Torre, Vice President for Medical Services of the hospital, expressed her appreciation to the Board of Directors of the Riverside Medical Center, Inc. for their continuing support and funding which has made the laboratory one of the finest in the Visayas Region.

Dr. Torre also thanked the laboratory staff and all other employees for their all-out support and cooperation in making the laboratory what it is today.

The cermony was followed by the cutting of ceremonial ribbon and the blessing.
