Ombudsman Launches O-Plan Red Plate Project

The Ombudsman Visayas has launched “O-Plan Red Plate” campaign, an Inter-Agency Task Force in cooperation with partner agencies, namely, the Commission on Audit (COA) Civil Service Commission (CSC) Land Transportation Office (LTO), Philippine National Police (PNP) and Philippine Information Agency (PIA). The Task Force is designed to monitor the use of government vehicles to ensure that these are being used prudently, judiciously and efficiently, so as not to cause wastage in government resources.
