A 35-year old resident of Brgy. Bata in Bacolod City was arrested by members of the Special Operations Group (SOG) at about 6:30 PM, Thursday at his residence.

Alon in criminal case number 1872 for murder, issued on June 5, 2003.
Magbanua was considered rank 11 of top 20 most wanted persons in the 4th district of the province.
