50 complete free 3-day training on substance use prevention
Fifty participants completed the free 3-day live-in Regional Training on Universal Prevention Curriculum (UPC) for Substance Use on November 21-23, 2017 at Gawahon Eco-Park in Victorias City, Negros Occidental.

The training was funded by the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) on its efforts to contain the drug menace, in partnership with the Negros Occidental Drug Rehabilitation Foundation, Inc. (NODRFI) and the City of Victorias.
A team from DDB was headed by Ms. Emma R. Pastorfide, Health Education and Promotion IV, Pastor Little Jones Espeleta, Global Master Trainer (Universal Prevention Currucila), and Head Pastor of Life in Jesus International Ministry and Mr. Noel L. Santos, City of Marikina Community Development Officer IV and Marikina Anti-Drug Abuse Council , as resource speakers/trainers.
Meanwhile, Negros Occidental 3rd. District Representative Albee Benitez sponsored the farewell dinner for the DDB team.*
