4 Wanted Persons Nabbed in Neg.Occ.
Four wanted persons were arrested by police operatives in Negros Occidental.
Two were in San Carlos city, one each in Silay City and Binalbagan town.
In San Carlos City, Superintendent D’Artagnan Katalbas, Jr. identified the arrested suspect as Jofel Escorial Bacalla, of legal age, for frustrated murder. His arrest warrant was issued by Judge Amy Alabado Avellano of the Regional Trial Court, Branch-57 in San Carlos City dated May 17, 2017.
The Court recommended bail bond of P200, 000 for his temporary liberty. He is now detained.
The other suspect was identified as Lanny Paran Mancao for homicide. His arrest warrant was issued by retired Judge Moises Nifras dated May 3, 2005.
For 12 years the suspect hid until his arrest on October 24.
The Court recommended P40, 000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.
In Silay City, Superintendent Noel Polines, Silay City OIC police chief identified the suspect as Myrnalee Monserate Juson “Alias Myrnalee”, 52, married, of Hacienda Marianas, Barangay Caduhaan, Cadiz City.
She was arrested by Silay City PNP for 108 counts of qualified theft. Her arrest warrant was issued by Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 40 in Silay City dated October 5, 2017.
In Binalbagan town, Police Chief Inspector Anthony Grande, Binalbagan PNP police chief identified the suspect as Jerry Garganian, 53, of Barangay Aguisan, Himamaylan City.
Garganian was arrested for estafa issued by Judge Fernando Elumba of the Regional Trial Court, Branch-42 in Bacolod City dated September 5, 2017.
The Court recommended P20, 000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.*(CMG)
