Businessmen to CENECO: ‘Just Formulate Plans’

The business sector in Bacolod City yesterday dared the management of the Central Negros Electric Cooperative (CENECO) to formulate plans and effective measures to ease the problem of power shortage or brownouts due to lack of power supply in the Visayas grid.
