Former City Dad Engages in Housing Business
Former Bacolod Councilor Juan Ramon “Munjo” Guanzon has engaged in housing business dubbed as “RGG Homes” with a tagline “Home of all Homes” located in Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City.

Guanzon sits as President of RGG Homes, bared Emmanuel Loplop, consultant and Sheila Guanzon, marketing head in a press confab yesterday at East View Hotel.
Monju also stressed that the coined term Home of all Homes is due to the fact that the developer of proposed housing venture is from Bacolod City amid ventures of the same kind mostly from Luzon.
RGG also gathered brokers in an orientation for the sales ventures of said project. The said housing project will be launched on the 3rd week of October, Munjo added.
Loplop further said that their model house and lot include: Teresa with floor area of 60 square meters with minimum lot of 112 sq.m.; Victoria, a single storey detached house with floor area of 34 sq. m. with minimum lot of 100 sq. m.; Camille, a row house with 28 sq. m. floor area and 52 sq. m. lot area; Rowena, a single storey detached house with 32 sq. m. and 80 sq. m.; Aila, a single storey attached house with 24 sq. m. floor area and 57 sq.m. lot area. All these can be availed via Pag-ibig loans with affordable equity.
