Job Fair Set Sept. 29
The Negros Occidental High School Batch 85 together with partners – ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya, Public Employment Services Office-Negros Occidental, Philippine Call Center Institute and CityMall Mandalagan-Bacolod will hold a job fair on September 29, 2017 at CityMall Mandalagan from 9am to 4PM.
Dubbed “Trabaho Patrol”, this job fair invites all jobseekers to take part of the opportunity to be shortlisted, even hired on the spot by local and overseas companies especially call centers and other business process outsourcing companies.
Trabaho Patrol is another of the many advocacies of NOHS Batch ‘85 to include medical and dental missions and blood-letting activities in the past, all in cooperation with ABS-CBN Bacolod.
Noel Iligan, NOHS Batch ‘85 Special Project chair said though the job fair, they are taking their advocacy to a wider audience that would provide job opportunities to the unemployed and underemployed individuals in the province.
“We are inviting job seekers particularly NOHS alumni, former students and even present night class students to join the job fair and take advantage of the available jobs here and abroad.
Queues will be open as early as 8am before mall hours and priority numbers will be distributed.
Jobseekers are encouraged to bring in their resume and biodata.
“With the jobseekers in mind vis-à-vis the myriad of job opportunities from principals and multi-national companies, we wish to provide the avenue through this job fair where this supply and demand meets,” Iligan added.
Raffle prizes and freebies await lucky participants. For more information, visit the NOHS Batch 85 facebook page or the PCCI facebook page.*
