91.9 Love Radio celebrates Family Week with 11 selected families of Brgy. Sum-ag.*

The program aligned with the Presidential Proclamation No. 60 declaring the last week of September of every year as family week. It is during this time that the Filipino family is highlighted as a beacon of strength and solidarity in our society.

The 11 families, residing in Barangay Sum-ag, were chosen by the Department of Social Services and Development (DSSD) to become adopted families for the day by the 11 units of the Church’s south stake. The program featured lectures, games, awarding, inspirational messages and showcased different talents.

Love Radio, being an active participant in charity and community projects, gave generous gift packs to the adopted families. Present were Station Manager Jose Francisco Muñoz, disc jockeys Kristin Dera, Matthew Dancer, Rico Panyero, Sexy Terry, Tommy Tambay, and Totoy Bato.*(Kristine G. Alonso)
